1. Introduction
Welcome to 1&1 Broadband, a brand owned and operated by Supersonic Broadband Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our broadband services, website, mobile applications, and any associated features (“Services”).
By subscribing to or using our Services, you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our Services immediately.
2. Service Usage and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our Services.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and installation.
The broadband connection is provided for personal or business use only, as specified in your plan. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the connection without written permission is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to verify your identity and address as per TRAI/DoT guidelines.
3. Service Activation and Installation
Service activation is subject to successful KYC verification, technical feasibility, and payment confirmation.
Installation charges, security deposits, or device costs (if any) will be communicated during onboarding.
The installation equipment provided (routers, ONTs, cables, etc.) remains the property of Supersonic Broadband Pvt. Ltd., unless purchased outright by the customer.
4. Billing, Payments, and Refunds
All payments are to be made in advance as per your selected broadband plan.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or bank transfer through authorized gateways.
Invoices will be generated and shared electronically.
Non-payment or delayed payment may result in temporary suspension or termination of services.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed only for valid cases such as failed installation or double payment. Service fees already utilized are non-refundable.
5. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
To ensure equitable access and network stability, broadband plans may include Fair Usage Policy limits.
Once the defined limit is reached, internet speed may be reduced as per plan terms until the next billing cycle.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree:
To use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Indian laws.
Not to transmit, publish, or host content that is obscene, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
Not to engage in activities such as spamming, hacking, phishing, or unauthorized data access.
To maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and report any unauthorized access immediately.
Any misuse may lead to service suspension, termination, or legal action.
7. Network Maintenance and Downtime
We strive to provide uninterrupted internet connectivity. However:
Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions beyond our control (e.g., power failures, fiber cuts, natural disasters).
8. Limitation of Liability
While we endeavor to deliver reliable services, 1&1 Broadband does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity.
We are not liable for data loss, loss of profits, or indirect damages resulting from service use or downtime.
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service in the preceding one-month period.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, software, design, logos, trademarks, and service materials are the intellectual property of Supersonic Broadband Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these without written consent.
10. Data Privacy and Protection
Your personal and technical information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Termination or Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your connection if:
You violate these Terms or any applicable law.
You fail to pay dues within the grace period.
There is suspected misuse or network abuse.
Upon termination, outstanding dues (if any) must be cleared immediately. Devices provided by the company must be returned in working condition.
12. Amendments and Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
